What will the role be like?

As a retail sales assistant, you will receive ongoing training and development to enhance your skills, whilst helping you to further develop your commercial expertise. Applicants for this position should possess strong communication skills and a passion for travel retail. The roles will be shift based and will require candidates who excel in a customer service setting. Candidates will be expected to drive sales by approaching and engaging with customers. Full commitment and participation will be expected with regard to promotional activities. Additionally, candidates will be required to pay close attention to the handling of cash amongst more. The successful candidate will also be required to take responsibility for merchandising, including the stocking of shelves in tandem with demonstrating retail knowledge.
