We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and lead the agency services aspect of our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
  • Oversee the successful execution of client projects by coordinating with various internal teams, including creative, strategy, technical, and analytics
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular project updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns
  • Collaborate with the strategy and planning team to develop customized marketing strategies for clients, contributing insights into client needs, goals, and preferences
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to existing clients, supporting their marketing objectives and driving agency growth
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, service agreements, and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  • Manage project budgets, working closely with the finance department to track costs and revenue
  • Analyze campaign performance and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key results, insights, and areas for improvement


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency setting
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including experience with marketing automation tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various project management tools
