All Beauty Therapists should be hardworking, flexible, good communicators and show the ability to work as part of a dedicated team.

Beauty Therapists must be able to use their own initiative to identify what needs to be done in a salon while at the same time understanding the importance of their schedule and updating checklists.

Beauty Therapists need to be friendly, outgoing, good-natured and welcoming people. They must display a helpful and professional attitude at all times, ensuring they remain responsive to the needs of clients at all times.
