We are part of Gannett – USA Today Network, which is one of the largest-selling newspapers in
North America. REACHLOCAL India specializes in two major areas: Print and Digital advertising.
Graphics, imaging, pagination, and layout of print advertisements. In terms of digital advertising,
we provide SEM, SEO, and social media advertising.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in managing SEM/PPC & SMM campaigns
• Google AdWords & Yahoo Bing Certified
• Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics,
Business or Accounting)
Role & Responsibilities:
• Capable of interpreting data and making actionable recommendations to improve campaign
• Candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties
• Work closely with Quality Managers to execute quality audits and continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritize QA efforts to ensure 100% focus on client campaign performance and drive
long-term retention of client base
• Identify best practices of top-performing campaigns which can be incorporated in nonperforming campaigns
• Achieve daily review targets with accuracy and meet the defined SLAs
• Give constructive feedback on errors marked and suggest ways of improvement
• Work closely with Sales team, client strategy, digital marketing & other team across the
• Robust knowledge of ad management, billing, workflow management & analytics platforms
• Participate and contribute to Stateside calls, operational team meets & training sessions
• Document, articulate & track QA efforts to ensure consistency and accuracy
Key Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of digital marketing products
• Should have adaptability/ability to multitask competencies
• Strong English communication (both verbal and written)
• Maintain a sense of urgency with all assignments
• Good MS Office presentation skills & reporting
• Focused and detail-oriented
• Ability to pass on feedback
• Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving ability
• Critical thinking ability to understand root cause of issues
