Once you find suitable staff, you can offer them the shift as little as three hours before the shift begins. When a InstaHire accepts any shifts you’ve offered, you will receive confirmation email or SMS
After the fact, all you need to do is confirm the hours each InstaHire has worked – we take care of payment! You will also be able to rate and review each InstaHire via your Employer dashboard.
